Terms of Service (ToS) By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following Terms of Service. 1. Payments All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. By making a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. 2. No Refund Policy All purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a rank, item, or package has been delivered in-game, we cannot offer refunds, chargebacks, or exchanges. 3. Chargebacks Opening a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving your purchase will result in: Immediate revocation of purchased items Permanent ban from the server and store until the dispute is resolved 4. Delivery Most purchases are delivered automatically in-game after payment. If you do not receive your purchase within 15 minutes, please contact a staff member with proof of purchase. 5. Virtual Items All items, ranks, and perks purchased from the store are virtual goods and have no real-world value. 6. Server Rules Purchasing a rank or item does not exempt you from following server rules. Breaking server rules may result in punishment or bans without refunds. 7. Changes We reserve the right to: Modify or remove perks from ranks Change store prices Update these Terms of Service at any time 8.
